About Dr Megan Byrnes
Dr Megan Byrnes graduated from the University of Sydney after the successful completion of her Bachelor of Medical Science (2002), Bachelor of Medicine (2006) and Bachelor of Surgery (2006).
Eager for clinical diversity and the combination of medicine and surgery, Megan quickly decided to work in the field of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She then moved to Perth to begin her specialist training at King Edward Memorial Hospital, where she completed her senior training at Joondalup Health Campus.
Megan has since extended her discipline into the field of reproductive medicine, completing her Master’s Degree in Reproductive Medicine at the University of New South Wales.
Beyond her comprehensive studies, training and years of experience, Megan holds an intuitive and empathetic nature that puts her patients at ease.

About our practice
Appointments within the sphere of gynaecology can cause some patients to feel understandably apprehensive. To alleviate these feelings, Megan operates as a single doctor practice and works with her small team to create a tranquil setting.

The practice itself is located on the corner of Lakeside Drive and Shenton Avenue—an easy 25-minute drive from the centre of Perth.
